Skin Deep

We were asked to imagine a conference based on the concept of "The Uncanny." My event involved the "Uncanny Valley," a concept theorized by roboticist Masahiro Mori that things made by humans to seem human are in fact more creepy than if the object was made to be totally abstract.

This poster hopes to suggest the eerie obsession with simulating reality better than the original.
