15th and Walnut

We organized an exhibition that would hope to create a dialogue between the graphic design students and the town in which we live: Valencia, CA. Each student was asked to design a poster around the theme "What's one thing you think someone should know about Valencia?"

I used to live on 15th and Walnut, and had always been fascinated by the garage sales that happened there every weekend, usually organized by local Latino families. I interviewed the sellers, asked to take their portrait, and created this poster based on my experience.
